Position Overview

As a Garage Door Installer & Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial garage doors and openers. This role is ideal for someone with a background in carpentry, construction, or mechanical work who enjoys hands-on problem solving and working directly with customers.

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service residential and commercial garage doors and openers to company standards

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday​

• Typical end time: around 4:00 PM

• Occasional later hours may be required depending on job needs

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or mechanical work preferred

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day

• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts

• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record
